We provide a range of office spaces to cater to individual business needs. Our smaller offices range from 20-100m2, while larger tenancies are available over 100m2 to suit more established companies.
We also have laboratory spaces available in a range of sizes and offering various facilities.

Weave Eatery
Weave Eatery is the latest project by award winning operators, Lisa and Brent Quarrie of Hayes Common.
With a focus on fresh, seasonal food, Fair Trade coffee and local suppliers, it holds strong to the values they have become known for. A beautiful new fit out celebrating texture with pops of colour is a lovely calm space to enjoy while you linger over what to order! With a daily cabinet of fresh bakes, and an all day menu you will be spoilt for choice.
